File & ServeXpress Named a Preferred E-Service Provider for Court
Irving, Texas (April 8, 2016) – The Riverside County Superior Court has mandated e-Service for
all cases deemed complex by the court beginning today. With this mandate, the court has also named File & ServeXpress by Mozato as a preferred provider to offer e-Service to all attorneys in these cases.
File & ServeXpress’ e-Service and Secure DocumentXchange offers the exchanges of documents to all parties in a litigation matter, using the internet and a secure electronic system authorized by the court. This arbitration is in reference to potential payment adjustments to Participating Manufacturers under the landmark Master Settlement Agreement signed in 1998 between 46 States and 4 tobacco companies. The 2004 NPM Adjustment Proceeding currently includes Attorney Generals from 20 states and 4 tobacco companies.

For Multi-District Litigation (MDL) and the asbestos cases in Madison County, Ill., the “Distinct Sending Parties” feature allows law firms to e-File and e-Serve a single document on behalf of each party in the same transaction.
