When a filing is rejected by the Court Clerk, the reason for the rejection will be listed in the “Alert” email sent by notifications@cfxpress.com and in your Filing Inbox. You can access your Dashboard by logging into CaseFileXpress with your user-id and password and click on the trace number or notification that received the “Alert."
