    General Troubleshooting

    Clear Cache & Cookies

    Temporary files and data are often stored on devices to help with overall performance. Sometimes though, cached files can get corrupted over time and lead to application issues.

    Note: In cases where clearing cache doesn’t help resolve an issue, in that case, please give us a call to 888-529-7587

    To delete corrupted files and help with performance stability, you can clear cache and data on your browser. Please select your preferred browser from the list below:

    Chrome

    Mac and Windows

    1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots or arrow icon pointing up, depending on your browser version)
    2. Click More tools
    3. Click Clear browsing data…
    4. Select a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
    6. Click Clear data

    Edge

    Windows

    1. Click the Hub icon (star with three horizontal lines)
    2. Click History in the left panel
    3. Select Clear History
    4. Check the boxes for Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files, (it’s ok to leave everything else unchecked)
    5. Click Clear

    Firefox

    Mac

    1. Click the History menu at the top of the screen
    2. Select Clear Recent History…
    3. In the drop down for “Time range to clear:" select Everything
    4. Check off the box for Cache, (it’s ok to leave everything else unchecked)
    5. Click Clear Now to confirm
    6. Restart or refresh Firefox

    Windows

    1. Click the Firefox menu (found in the top right corner)
    2. Select History
    3. Select Clear Recent History…
    4. In the drop down for “Time range to clear:" select Everything
    5. Check the box for Cache, (it’s ok to leave everything else unchecked)
    6. Click Clear Now
    7. Restart or refresh Firefox

    Safari

    Mac

    1. Click Safari in the menu bar
    2. Select Preferences
    3. Select the Privacy tab
    4. Choose the Manage Website Data 
    5. Click Remove All
    6. Click Remove Now to confirm

    For CaseFileXpress users, click Forgot Password

    For File & Serve Delaware users, click Forgot Password

    For File & Serve Illinois users, click Forgot Password

    For File & Serve Texas users, click Forgot Password

    How do I add, remove or update users on my account?

    Firm Administrators or Users with admin rights can help you update your account.
