Jonathan Mitchell is the Vice President of Sales at File & ServeXpress. In this role, he leads the company’s sales efforts and works closely with courts and government agencies to understand their needs and help connect them with technology that supports more efficient processes.
Mitchell brings more than 25 years of experience helping public sector organizations, including courts, law enforcement, fire, and EMS, improve information sharing and adopt technology to better serve their communities. Throughout his career, he has worked with organizations navigating changing technology needs, with a focus on practical solutions that improve communication, efficiency, and access to information.
At File & ServeXpress, Mitchell works with courts and government agencies to support modernization efforts and improve how filing and case management processes work. He is particularly focused on how technology and emerging AI capabilities can help reduce administrative burdens, streamline workflows, and give court and agency teams the tools they need to manage growing demands while staying focused on serving their communities.
