File & ServeXpress (FSX) was selected through a competitive bid process to host the San Francisco Superior Court’s Electronic Filing Manager (“EFM”) as the sole EFM System provider. FSX has an agreement with State of California Superior Court of County of San Francisco (the “Court”) whereby FSX has made available to the Court FSX’s Electronic Filing Manager (“EFM System”).

The court has approved certain eFiling Service Providers (“EFSP’s”). A subscription to FSX’s API is required for use in conjunction with EFSP’s provision of services, including the ability to electronically file documents with the Court. “API” means FSX’s application programming interface, and all other API programming made available by FSX for the EFSP’s to build software and interface their application to the EFM System to directly electronically file and serve.
