    Effective June 3, 2019, all Fulton County State Court Civil eFiling and eService will be submitted on the File & ServeXpress eFiling system.

    All of the documents filed with the court will be available on the File & ServeXpress system once we go live on June 3, 2019.

    If you do not currently have a File & ServeXpress user ID, please visit our registration page to get started and prepare in advance for the transition. If you previously had a File & ServeXpress user ID, it will continue to work.

    Firm Administrator Training: Fulton County Firms


    Please join our trainer for a brief session on some helpful tools for Firm Administrators. During the session, participants will:

    • • Learn how to add & manage users to your File & ServeXpress firm account, as well as set permissions.
    • • Learn how to make changes to your organization information on File & ServeXpress such as, entering a billing contact, choosing invoice options, setting a primary firm contact person, and more

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Will my eFileGA User ID and Password work on File & ServeXpress?

    No, your eFileGA User ID and Password will not work on File & ServeXpress.  You must have a File & ServeXpress User ID and Password.

      • Have a File & ServeXpress User ID? It will continue to work. 
      • Forgot your Password? Simply click the Forgot Password link on the Login Page and follow the instructions.
      • Forgot your User ID? Please contact our Client Support Team, contact information below.
      • Need to set up an Account? Please visit our Registration Page to get started.

    2. Can I retrieve my Fulton State Court Civil documents filed on eFileGA via File & ServeXpress?

    Yes, documents previously filed with eFileGA will be available on File & ServeXpress effective Monday, June 3rd, 2019.

    3. Can I file both new case filings and existing case filings?

    Starting June 3rd, 2019 all new case filings must be submitted on File & ServeXpress.

    Subsequent filings in cases opened on eFileGA may be filed on eFileGA or File & ServeXpress. 

    4. How will I pay for my Filing?

    If you are using our Basic Application at the time of your transaction submission you will use a credit card to pay for your File & ServeXpress and court fees.

    If you are using our Advance Application you will no longer have to worry about paying by credit card each time you file as we will send you a monthly invoice with all your charges. 

    5. Can I use File & ServeXpress to eFile into other Fulton County Courts?

    No, File & ServeXpress is currently only available for Fulton County State Court Civil eFiling & eService. 

    6. Will File & ServeXpress store my documents or just send links via email?

    File & ServeXpress stores all documents filed and served on its secure web-based application, we will email you links to access these documents, but your access to the documents you file or are served with will not expire.

    7. Do Civil case initiations have to be filed in any specific order?

    State court civil suits MUST have the Complaint listed first only.
