Job Summary

The Product Management Team works diligently to help the organization deliver projects on time, on budget, and in scope and to assist the Business Development team in evaluating and closing opportunities. The team works cross functionally to deliver solutions that provide value to users and increase FSX revenue. The Business Analyst role will be responsible for analyzing business processes and product workflows and documenting them for internal and external use.

A successful candidate will be highly detail oriented and be able to work efficiently and independently in a face-paced complex environment, communicate clearly and effectively, respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a swift response or turnaround, take effective action in a timely and responsive manner, and be proactive in solving problems. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information as well as the ability to work well with both internal and external employees and customers, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions models to illustrate current and future states.
  • Build technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure that they meet business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Support business development process through documentation, prototyping, and analysis
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar tool for creating and managing Development tickets.
  • Experience with Prototyping tools

Nice to have

  • SaaS product experience
  • Experience with legal industry software.
  • A successful candidate must be able to pass a criminal background, education, and employment investigation prior to employment.
  • Work-authorization; US Citizen.
  • Able and willing to travel as needed for onsite project work.
